{"id":26,"date":"2005-04-27T18:25:19","date_gmt":"2005-04-27T18:25:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bearlybeaded.co.uk\/blog\/?p=26"},"modified":"2006-11-12T21:34:05","modified_gmt":"2006-11-12T20:34:05","slug":"egg","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.bearlybeaded.co.uk\/blog\/?p=26","title":{"rendered":"Egg!!!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ages since I did a nest-cam update, so here are my latest photos&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img src='http:\/\/www.bearlybeaded.co.uk\/blog\/wp-myimages\/nestcam050410.jpg' alt='nest cam 10\/04\/05' \/>  <img src='http:\/\/www.bearlybeaded.co.uk\/blog\/wp-myimages\/nestcam0504102nd.jpg' alt='nest cam 10\/04\/05' \/><br \/>\nThese were taken on 10th April, and the nest is still growing.<\/p>\n<p><img src='http:\/\/www.bearlybeaded.co.uk\/blog\/wp-myimages\/nestcam050417.jpg' alt='looking at the camera' \/><br \/>\nOn 17th April she&#8217;d filled up the nest-box so much that she looked much bigger on the TV screen.  She also seems to have become aware of the camera, and occasionally hangs on the inside of the entrance so she can have a really good look at the camera.<\/p>\n<p><img src='http:\/\/www.bearlybeaded.co.uk\/blog\/wp-myimages\/nestcam050423.jpg' alt='nest cam 23\/04\/05' \/><br \/>\nBy the 23rd she was largely happy with the nest, although she still brings in odd bits of moss and feathers, and throws out pieces that don&#8217;t match the decor<\/p>\n<p><img src='http:\/\/www.bearlybeaded.co.uk\/blog\/wp-myimages\/nestcam050427.jpg' alt='Egg!' \/><br \/>\nAnd today I was really excited to see that she&#8217;d laid her first egg (just to her right)  She&#8217;s still in and out of the box throughout the day, and when she leaves she tucks the egg into the nest to keep it warm &#8211; which made it difficult for me to get a photo!  At one point I looked up from my work to see that the male blue-tit had joined her in the box and was offering a titbit, but he was gone before I could grab my camera \ud83d\ude41<\/p>\n<p><img src='http:\/\/www.bearlybeaded.co.uk\/blog\/wp-myimages\/nestcam0504272nd.jpg' alt='2 eggs!' \/><br \/>\nThen later in the day I looked up and I <em>think<\/em> I can see two eggs in the nest now!!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ages since I did a nest-cam update, so here are my latest photos&#8230; These were taken on 10th April, and the nest is still growing.
