{"id":266,"date":"2007-11-30T19:55:34","date_gmt":"2007-11-30T18:55:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bearlybeaded.co.uk\/blog\/?p=266"},"modified":"2007-12-28T20:23:27","modified_gmt":"2007-12-28T19:23:27","slug":"patchings-christmas-exhibition","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.bearlybeaded.co.uk\/blog\/?p=266","title":{"rendered":"Patchings Christmas Exhibition"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s that time of year again, and <a title=\"Link to Patchings Art Centre\" href=\"http:\/\/www.patchingsartcentre.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\">Patchings<\/a> hold an exhibition of work by all of the studio artists and tutors.\u00c2\u00a0 I&#8217;ve just finished the last of my pieces, ready to be dropped off tomorrow.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve done a couple of pictures, one a re-worked version of the central panel from <a title=\"Link to information about the icon on my website\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bearlybeaded.co.uk\/2004.htm\" target=\"_blank\">my Icon<\/a>, the other a re-worked version of the Garden Path pattern I did for <a title=\"Link to information about the book\" href=\"http:\/\/www.beadmerchant.co.uk\/latest.html\" target=\"_blank\">&#8216;The Beader&#8217;s Floral&#8217;<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"image262\" title=\"Icon\" alt=\"Icon\" src=\"http:\/\/www.bearlybeaded.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/12\/pb285503-changed.jpg\" align=\"bottom\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"image261\" title=\"Garden Path picture\" alt=\"Garden Path picture\" src=\"http:\/\/www.bearlybeaded.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/12\/pb285474-small.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Having recently got <a title=\"Link to Amazon\" href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.co.uk\/Beading-Cabochons-Techniques-Beautiful-Jewellery\/dp\/1579907180\/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&#038;s=books&#038;qid=1198869260&#038;sr=1-1\" target=\"_blank\">&#8216;Beading with Cabochons&#8217;<\/a>, I&#8217;ve also made a selection of pins using Fossil Coral, Rainforest Jaspar and Dinosaur Bone cabs, all bought from <a title=\"Link to Designer Cabochons\" href=\"http:\/\/www.designercabochons.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\">Designer Cabochons<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"image265\" height=\"325\" alt=\"Fossil Coral pin\" src=\"http:\/\/www.bearlybeaded.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/12\/pb295515-small.jpg\" \/>\u00c2\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" id=\"image264\" height=\"325\" alt=\"Rainforest Jasper pin\" src=\"http:\/\/www.bearlybeaded.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/12\/pb295514-small.jpg\" \/>\u00c2\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" id=\"image263\" height=\"325\" alt=\"Fossilised Dinosaur Bone pin\" src=\"http:\/\/www.bearlybeaded.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/12\/pb295512-small.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve also made a necklace using Swarovski crystal pearls and crystals, but I can&#8217;t seem to track down the photo (although I&#8217;m sure we did photograph it!).\u00c2\u00a0 The exhibition starts 1st December and runs until 3rd February, so if you&#8217;re in the area come along!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s that time of year again, and Patchings hold an exhibition of work by all of the studio artists and tutors.\u00c2\u00a0 I&#8217;ve just finished the last of my pieces, ready to be dropped off tomorrow.
