The journey was easy, but I did manage to drop and break a bottle of whiskey that Dad had asked me to bring out from British duty-free at immigration on the American end. That&#8217;s going to be smelling nice for a while! Too tired to do anything much that evening, so I just settled into, and admired the apartment, and we sent out for food.
