Necklaces

Spiral staircase with a variety of beads giving an interesting texture.

This design is netted using rocailles, bugles, and magatamas.  The design is my own, but inspired by the wonderful netted patterns of Russian beadwork.  The clasp is a flower and leaf toggle from The Clasp Lady. 

These little pendants of freeform peyote and brick stitch are always fun to make, and I use them to play around with colour.  They were inspired by an article in Bead and Button.

The woodrose at the centre of this necklace was found in an article in Bead & Button, but then I began to add picot embellishments, and couldn't stop!  Clasp is from The Clasp Lady.

This stitch is great fun, and makes for unusual necklaces.

A 3-D freeform peyote and brick stitch necklace in shades of green, gold, and purple.  This was made after reading an article in Bead & Button.

Fun to make, and a chance to play with colour combinations.  The different ways to make them are unlimited!
